Creating Healthy Boundaries

As this evolving world of technology sweeps us into light speed interactions, data driven activity and isolation the need for human connection is more urgent than ever.  Boundaries are points of authentic connection, without them there is merging, othering, or isolation.  It's a thin line, one that requires attention and intention to establish and maintain.  Done right, boundaries protect our mental, emotional and physical well-being while staying in connection with those who matter most.  Murky and poorly defined personal boundaries prevent meaningful engagement and authentic community.  An Inquiry question that can help us create definition for ourselves is:  How can I stay connected to my truth regardless of others reactivity.
